System Access & Usage Constraints
Asia Metrics Group provides data monitoring tools subject to predefined throughput limits. Misuse of platform APIs or unauthorized scraping constitutes a breach of these terms.
Usage exceeding 5,000 requests per minute requires dedicated enterprise licensing to prevent latency in performance analytics delivery.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing AsiaMetricsGroup.digital or utilizing our kpi dashboards, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are acting on behalf of a corporation in Kuala Lumpur or internationally, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.
2. Intellectual Property Rights

Mandatory Provisions

Termination of Access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our kpi dashboards for any user found in violation of these terms or engaged in activities detrimental to the Asia Metrics Group network.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of our data monitoring platform shall be resolved within the courts of Kuala Lumpur.
